As President and CEO of Granite Bay Care, Kasai Mumpini serves as the liaison between the Board of Trustees and Executive Management. With more than 18 years of leadership experience serving individuals with cognitive and physical disabilities throughout New England, he affords the organization an expansive understanding of service delivery systems.

Caroletta Alicea, Senior Executive Vice President
As Executive Vice President, Caroletta Alicea provides direction to Agency Management. With more than 30 years of human service experience in all levels of management, she ensures that the Vision, Mission, and Values of the Agency are likewise infused at all levels of service delivery.

Gregory Robinson, State Director
As State Director, Gregory Robinson oversees the day-to-day operations of Granite Bay Care. With more than 20 years of experience creating and directing innovative programs for challenging individuals, in keeping with industry best practice, he administers the application of the Agency philosophy as it progresses from new development to established program model.

Ken Olson, Operations Director
As Director of Operations, Ken Olson oversees the daily functions of Granite Bay Care within the State of Maine. Ken brings over 20 years of experience to the agency working with a variety of individuals with various needs in the social service, healthcare and consulting industry. His focus is to ensure that the highest quality of care is delivered to each individual in order to meet the standards of care called for in our profession.

Heidi Johnson, Human Resource Director
As Human Resource Director, Heidi Johnson oversees employment issues for the Agency, including hiring, training and retention practices. With more than 20 years experience as an attorney and as a Hearing Officer for Medicare B, the Maine Workers' Compensation Board and the Maine Department of Health and Human Services, she presents the added expertise to manage the multitude of demands associated with a dynamic and progressive organization.

Dr. Elise C. Magnuson, Psy.D., LCSW, Clinical Director
As Clinical Director, Dr. Magnuson is responsible for overseeing the clinical care of the individuals served by GBC. With a strong background in Group Therapy, Psychological Assessment, and Forensics, Dr. Magnuson is able to provide comprehensive individual assessments of functioning and risk. These evaluations include, but are not limited to: Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale (WAIS), Vineland Adaptive Behavior Scales (Vineland), Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory (MMPI), Millon Clinical Multiaxial Inventory (Millon), Violence Risk Appraisal Guide (VRAG), HCR-20 Violence Risk Assessment Scheme (HCR-20), Psychopathy Checklist Revised (PCL-R), STATIC-99, ABLE, etc.

Dr. William Tanner, Clinical Director
As a Clinical Director for the August Region, Dr. Tanner is responsible for overseeing the clinical care of the individuals served by GBC, Inc. that reside in this area. Dr. Tanner brings over 25 years of experience serving as a director and service provider for Health Reach Network, Franklin County Jail Project and CCA, Inc. He has also served as Behavioral Health adjunct instructor at both KVCC and the University of Maine, Augusta.

Claudia Stanley, Nursing Director
As Nursing Director, Claudia Stanley is the Agency Nurse Trainer overseeing provided medical services. With almost 20 years of experience in human services, her expertise working with dual-diagnosed individuals and her experience as a CRMA trainer, provides invaluable support to the direct care professional/provider infrastructure.

Christine Tiernan, Area Director
Region 1, Sanford Office

As Area Director, Christine Tiernan directs the day-to-day management functions for all individuals served in Region 1, York County catchment area. With more than ten years of experience working with individuals with cognitive and physical challenges, Christine brings a history of compassionate care and a keen understanding of direct support services. Christine is a certified instructor in Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (CPI).

Amy Tardy, Area Director
Region 2 & 3, Agusta Office

Area Director, Amy directs the day to day management functions for all individuals served in regions II and III. Amy has almost 10 years of experience in a variety of management positions within the mental health field, including work as diagnosing clinician, group/individual mental health clinician, compliance trainer, programs director, and regional director for adult and children’s mental health services. In addition to her responsibilities with GBC, Amy currently serves on the faculty of a distance learning university.

E’nkul Kanakan, Vocational Services Director
As Director of Vocational Services, E'nkul Kanakan assists supported individuals in securing meaningful and gainful employment in accordance with desires expressed through the person centered planning process. E’nkul has a long history of cultivating relationships with local businesses, and brings his extensive history as an educator to the challenge of building alliances between local community organizations, the Agency, and ultimately the individual. He affords the Agency unique expertise in harnessing the energy and commitment of new employees as they learn how to support the "hopes and dreams" of challenging individuals.
