Direct Support Professional: Residential, Overnight, Relief (non-exempt, hourly)
The Direct Care Professional (DSP) is the primary level of support available to the consumer and their family. Under the supervision of the House Manager, the DSP is responsible for implementation of a consumer’s person-centered plan (PCP). The DSP promotes the acquisition of daily living skills, secures vocational opportunities, and facilitates community integration.

House Manager (24/7 Live-In; non-exempt, hourly)
As the visible representative of the Administrative team, the House Manager (HM) represents PM objectives and Consumer person-centered interests, while advancing the performance standards of and operational concerns voiced by the greater program DSP team. This requires a keen ability to assess team strengths and weaknesses, anticipate challenges before these surfaces, and situational problem solve to stem any lasting detrimental impact to consumer well-being. The HM is responsible for providing in-the-moment supervision of both Consumer and DSP, collaborating with consulting PM to ensure consistent and thoughtful application of person-centered programming.

Program Manager (exempt- salaried)
The Program Manager (PM) bridges the broader interests of the Area Office with those more local to specific community-based programs (e.g. payroll processing through timesheet collection and review). This is a formidable task requiring an ability to move from a longer macro perspective to a more detailed, short-term viewpoint when and wherever necessary. The PM is responsible for using the accumulated insights to create a clear and cogent program vision communicating concerns upward to Area Director and outward to HM and Program teams. The PM must ensure team-supported, person-centered programming are woven throughout all elements of programming and are evidenced through the performance of all assigned HM/DSP staff.
