As the visible representative of the Administrative team, the House Manager (HM) represents Management Team objectives and Consumer Person-Centered interests, while advancing the performance standards of and operational concerns voiced by the greater program DSP team.
This position requires a keen ability to assess team strengths and weaknesses, anticipate challenges before these surfaces, and situational problem solve to stem any lasting detrimental impact to consumer well-being. Direct care experience with autism and medical care a plus.
The HM (House Manager) is responsible for providing in-the-moment supervision of both Consumer and DSP (Direct Support Professional), collaborating with consulting Program Manager to ensure consistent and thoughtful application of person-centered programming.
Qualifications: Two or more years of direct care experience with MH/MR adults and prior supervisory experience is strongly preferred. Ability to lift 80 pounds. Clean driving, criminal, and background checks. Reliable transportation with active driver's license and auto insurance. Working cell phone. Completion of all state and agency mandated training within 90 days of employment.
