We are looking for someone who likes to keep busy with various responsibilities, including some carpentry, plumbing and general handyman duties. This position requires a self-motivated individual who is flexible and organized who will support proper living conditions and general maintenance for all our group homes. Must have knowledge in carpentry, minor plumbing and electrical. Punctuality, excellent attention to detail and ability to shift gears in a moment's notice.

Required Education and Experience
High School Diploma
A minimum of 2 (two) years working experience in a similar role
Ability to work with power equipment and hardware tools.
Ability to lift 50-80 pounds regularly.
Successful completion of a criminal background check.
Valid license and reliable transportation.
The ideal candidate must being willing to travel to all group home locations throughout Maine with mileage reimbursement, be on call should an emergency arise within a home and have a general understanding of rental and property agreements.

Salary: $14.00 to $16.00 /hour
